Delivery
As all of our knitwear is individually hand-crafted please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. Please give us your e-mail address on the order form so that we can inform you if, on a rare occasion, there is going to be a delay. Thank you.
Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item unworn within 7 days and we will happily refund the cost of the garment or exchange the item. When sending a return the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest you send it using registered post, in the unlikely event of it going astray.
